MSCtech (01632) announced that the group is expected to record a net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 40 million for the year ending March 31, 2024, and a net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 1.4 million for the year ending March 31, 2023.
The Board of Directors believes that the above-mentioned expected losses are mainly due to the adverse macroeconomic environment's adverse impact on the group's business, which also led to impairment losses related to assets.
