The 12th Board of Directors meeting was held on March 21, 2024, during which the appointment of a director to act as the Board Secretary was deliberated. The Board agreed to designate Ms. Wu Qian to perform the duties of the Board Secretary until a new Board Secretary is appointed.
As of now, Ms. Wu Qian has been acting as the Board Secretary for over three months. According to the relevant regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules, if the position of Board Secretary is vacant for more than three months, the Chairman of the Board shall act as the Board Secretary. Therefore, Mr. Wang Han, the Chairman of the Company, will act as the Board Secretary starting from June 22, 2024. The Company will complete the selection of a new Board Secretary as soon as possible in accordance with the relevant regulations.
