Dingyi GP Inv (00508) announced that the company and each subscriber have entered into subscription agreements for a total of 115 million shares of subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$0.47 per share, subject to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreements. The subscription price is discounted by about 15% compared to the closing price per share of HK$0.55 reported on the Stock Exchange of June 21, 2024 (the date of the subscription agreement).
The net proceeds from the subscription will be HKD 53.9 million.
