Shanghai Qilan directly holds 5,560,300 shares of Sostar Optics. Therefore, Shanghai Qilan holds a total of 65,496,500 shares of Sostar Optics.
Recently, 11 entities including Shanghai Qilan intend to sign the "Agreement on Share Transfer of Source Photonics Holdings (Cayman) Limited" (referred to as the "Share Transfer Agreement") with Beijing Vantone Neo Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Vantone Development', stock code: 600246). Shanghai Qilan intends to transfer its 5,560,300 shares of Sostar Optics and 29,592,500 shares of Sostar Optics held through Diamond Hill, L.P. to Vantone Development, with a total transfer of 35,152,800 shares of Sostar Optics, and the total transfer price is $92,026,600. After the completion of this transfer, Shanghai Qilan holds 30,343,700 shares of Sostar Optics through Diamond Hill, L.P.
