On June 24th, Glory Hui announced that, in light of the warning issued by the company on March 15, 2024, the Board of Directors hereby provides updated information to shareholders and interested investors. Adjusted for the impairment of retail-related assets and other assets of not less than HKD 130 million and inventory provisions, based on the board of directors' review, the company's auditor's audit work completed as of today and other available information, the group is expected to record a loss of HKD 370 million to HKD 380 million for the year-ended March 31, 2024, attributable to the owners of the company.
