On June 24th, Gelon announced that Cao Yunsheng resigned as executive director, member of the remuneration committee, CEO and president of the company, effective from June 24th, 2024; Tang Hui was appointed as executive director and president of the company.
From June 24th, 2024, Zhao Wu will be appointed as the authorized representative of the company as stated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to replace Cao Yunsheng. Following the above changes, the authorized representatives will be Zhao Wu and Ms. Leung Fung Yi, Company Secretary.
