On June 24th, GeLongHui reported that Hengguang Shares (301118.SZ) announced that on June 21st, 2024, the company held the fourth meeting of the fifth board of directors and the fourth meeting of the fifth supervisory committee. The resolution on "part of the fund-raising project postponed" was approved, agreeing that the time for the fund-raising project "55,000 tons of fine chemical new material production line construction project" to reach the expected available state will be postponed from June 30th, 2024 to June 30th, 2025, and the time for the fund-raising project "105,000 tons of fine chemical new material production base construction project of 133,000 tons of fine chemical new materials and supporting product construction project (Phase I)" to reach the expected available state will be postponed from June 30th, 2024 to June 30th, 2025, on the premise that the subject, implementation method, construction content, use of funds raised and investment scale of the fund-raising project do not change. This fund-raising project extension matter is within the approval authority of the board of directors and does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for deliberation.
