The total number of restricted stocks intended to be granted to the incentive object under this incentive plan is 12.96 million shares, accounting for about 2.73% of the total share capital of the company of 47.4557 million shares announced on the day of the release of the incentive plan draft. Among them, the number of restricted shares first granted is 11.24 million shares, accounting for about 2.37% of the total share capital of the company of the release day of the incentive plan draft, and 86.73% of the total number of restricted shares intended to be granted under this incentive plan. Reserved 1.72 million shares, accounting for about 0.36% of the total share capital of the company on the day the incentive plan draft was announced, and 13.27% of the total number of restricted stocks intended to be granted under this incentive plan.
The initial grant price for incentive recipients of the incentive plan is 2.79 yuan/share.
A total of 49 incentive recipients were first granted under this incentive plan, including directors, senior management personnel and core backbone personnel who serve in the company (including subsidiaries) at the time of the announcement of this incentive plan draft. Excluding independent directors, supervisors, shareholders or actual controllers holding more than 5% of the shares independently or jointly, their spouses, parents, children and foreign employees.
The term of this incentive plan is from the date of the grant of restricted stock to the date when the restricted stock obtained by the incentive object is completely released from restriction or repurchased and cancelled, and shall not exceed 48 months at maximum.
