Tontine Wines (00389.HK) announced that Ms. Li Wanshan has been appointed as the joint company secretary of the company. Ms. Chen Shuwen, the current company secretary, will continue to serve and be appointed as the other joint company secretary.
Ms. Chen has resigned as the authorized representative of the company in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the listing rules. After her resignation as authorized representative, Ms. Li has been appointed as authorized representative and will take effect from June 24, 2024.
