The exclusive overall coordinator and exclusive global coordinator have confirmed that there is no oversubscription in the international placement. The exclusive overall coordinator and exclusive global coordinator (for themselves and on behalf of international underwriters) have not exercised the over-allotment option. The stability price operator has not taken any stability price action on the global offering during the stability price period. The over-allotment option was not exercised and expired on June 22, 2024 (30 days after the deadline for submitting Hong Kong public offering applications). Therefore, no shares have been or will be issued based on the over-allotment option.
