Gelonghui Finance ·  Jun 25 05:31

On June 25th, Gelunhui announced that Hubei Dinglong's (300054.SZ) net income attributable to shareholders for the first half of 2024 is expected to be between 201,330,600 yuan and 220,505,000 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 110%-130%; after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, net income is expected to be between 181,330,600 yuan and 200,505,000 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 166%-194%.

In the first half of 2024, the company's operating performance increased significantly compared to the same period last year, and the specific reasons are as follows:

1. Under the influence of the downstream utilization rate of the domestic semiconductor and OLED display panel industry and the significant increase in the company's product market share, the optoelectronic semiconductor sector business (including semiconductor material business and integrated circuit chip design and application business) achieved revenue of approximately 640 million yuan (of which the chip business revenue has been excluded from internal offsetting), and the revenue ratio continued to increase from 32% in 2023 to approximately 42%.

2. The printing and copying consumables business maintained steady development, and it is expected to achieve operating income of approximately 880 million yuan in this period, a slight increase compared to the same period last year. The company increased its product gross margin by reducing costs and increasing efficiency, optimizing product structure and implementing other policies, thereby consolidating its competitiveness in the industry.

3. It is expected that the non-recurring gains and losses for the reporting period are about 20 million yuan, mainly due to government subsidies; the amount of non-recurring gains and losses in the same period last year was 27.7331 million yuan.
