On June 25th, GeLongHui announced that shareholders He Tao and Tuo Hong (Zhuhai) Entrepreneurial Investment Enterprise (limited partnership) (referred to as "Tuo Hong Investment") respectively signed the Share Transfer Agreement with He Tao's spouse Kuang Xiaoye on June 25, 2024. He Tao and Tuo Hong Investment plan to transfer 3,710,001 shares and 4,255,335 shares of the company's shares directly held by Kuang Xiaoye through the agreement transfer method respectively, with a total of 7,965,336 shares of the company's shares transferred to Kuang Xiaoye, accounting for 5.43% of the total share capital of the company and 5.44% of the total share capital after excluding the number of shares in the company's latest disclosed repurchase special account. After the completion of this agreement transfer, the transferee Kuang Xiaoye shall not reduce its holdings of the company's shares within six months after the transfer.
