On June 25th, Guronghui reported that WInfair Inv (00287.HK) had an annual revenue of approximately HKD 20,053 million, an increase of 4.2% over the previous year, for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024. The group recorded a loss of approximately HKD 49,748 million within the year, representing an increase of 37.3% compared to last year. The loss per share (basic and diluted) is HKD 1.24.
The increase in loss is mainly due to the increase in fair value loss of investment properties and equity instruments recorded at fair value through profit or loss during the year.
