Zhixun Finance APP News, Realway Capital (01835) announced that with regard to its proposed acquisition of 100% equity of Chengdu Ruiruibing Business Management Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Ruihanchao Business Management Co., Ltd., all the preconditions contained in the Equity Transfer Agreement (as amended and supplemented by supplemental agreements to Equity Transfer Agreement 1 and Equity Transfer Agreement 2) have been fulfilled, and the acquisition of all the equity of Target Company 1 has been completed on June 25, 2024 in accordance with the terms and conditions of Equity Transfer Agreement 1 (as amended and supplemented by supplemental agreements to Equity Transfer Agreement 1). The acquisition of all the equity of Target Company 2 has been completed on June 20, 2024 in accordance with the terms and conditions of Equity Transfer Agreement 2 (as amended and supplemented by supplemental agreements to Equity Transfer Agreement 2).
