On June 25th, Gelunhui announced that on June 25th, 2024, the company signed a memorandum of cooperation with Changzhou Qianmu New Energy Co., Ltd. ('Strategic Partner') regarding the research and commercial application of supramolecular technology.
According to the memorandum of cooperation, the company and Strategic Partner ('Partner') (or their respective affiliates) plan to conduct strategic cooperation on research and commercialization of supramolecular technology for the Partner's related research and business application, and other business that Partner and the company agree in writing from time to time.
The scope of cooperation includes: 1. The Partner will formulate a long-term development plan for strategic cooperation; 2. The Partner agrees to establish a research team to promote the scientific research of supramolecular materials and the development of future commercial applications in various fields, including but not limited to leather and fabric manufacturing; 3. Based on the principle of mutual benefit, the Partner and the company will share resources and cooperate in developing the supramolecular commercial market and business opportunities together; and 4. As part of the strategic investment, the company expressed consideration of investing in a portion of the equity of the Strategic Partner (with the company or its wholly-owned subsidiary as the investment subject) to strengthen cooperation between the parties.
