The company has achieved successes in DX in various industries so far, and now focusing on the compatible functionality of OTA systems and the management services of temporary lodging facilities in the face of rapid OTA penetration in the travel industry.
Moreover, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "Status and Issues of Empty House Policy and Direction of Consideration", the total number of empty houses has increased by about 1.5 times and the number of "other empty houses" has increased by about 1.9 times between 1988 and 2018. The vacancy rate for the housing stock has also increased from 9.4% to 13.6%. The service was created with the aim of utilizing vacant houses as lodging facilities.
