Gelonghui, June 26丨Shanghai Construction Engineering (600170.SH) announced that Shanghai Construction Engineering Intelligent Construction Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, won the bid for the “Jinqiao South District WH4A-1 Jingu General Plant Project (Main Project)” (“Project”) and received the “Notice of Winning the Tender”. The winning bid price for this project was 6.108 billion yuan. The project is located in Tangzhen, Pudong District, Shanghai, from Taiwang Road in the east, Taihua Road in the west, Longgui Road in the south, and Longhu Road in the north. The total construction area of the project is 409,088.25 square meters, mainly including 12 single buildings including production plants, power plants, complex buildings, and research support buildings, and 2 basements. The planned construction period for this project is 643 calendar days.
