Glonghui, June 26, 丨 Fosun International (00656.HK) announced that on June 26, 2024, the company has granted 64.23 million share options to 182 eligible participants in the 2023 share option plan who are group directors and employees to subscribe for a total of 64.23 million shares of the company, in accordance with the share option plan adopted on March 16, 2023, subject to acceptance by the share option grantor.
On the grant date, the Company has awarded 21.768 million bonus shares to 100 eligible participants in the 2023 Incentive Program who are Group directors and employees in accordance with the share award scheme adopted on March 16, 2023.
