Citic Securities (06030.HK) has issued an announcement regarding the issuance of medium-term notes by its indirect subsidiary and guaranteed by its wholly-owned subsidiary overseas, CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter shorted as the issuer or the guarantor), which established a maximum principal amount of USD 3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies) medium-term note program overseas on March 29, 2022. The program is guaranteed by Citic Securities International.
On June 25, 2024, the issuer issued two notes under the medium-term note program with a total issuance amount of USD 26 million. After this issuance, the principal balance of the issuer's notes issued under the MTN program is USD 1.55 billion.
