On June 26th, Guolonghui reported that Shanghai Yuyuan Tourist Mart (600655.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yuhai Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuhai"), plans to sell its holdings of 49,999 shares of Kabushiki Kaisha Shinsetsu (referred to as "Shinsetsu" or the "target company"), accounting for 99.9980% of the total shares of Shinsetsu (Shinsetsu and its subsidiaries Kabushiki Kaisha TOMAMU PROPERTY and Kabushiki Kaisha Hoshino RESORTS TOMAMU collectively referred to as the "target company group" or the "Shinsetsu group"). The target shares are unlisted equity, based on the valuation of the Shinsetsu group equity as of December 31, 2023. The company is planning to sell the shares of the target company at no less than 38 billion yen, equivalent to approximately 1.71 billion yuan (calculated at the June 26th middle rate of the People's Bank of China yen/RMB) provided the conditions are met.
