Zhong Development Holdings (00475) announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2024, with a profit of HKD 189 million, down 23.94% YoY; the company's attributable net loss was HKD 31.05 million, up 160.79% YoY; and the loss per share was 8.01 Hong Kong cents.
