The shares were acquired by the executive director and CEO, Zhang Yaohua, through on-market transactions.
After the shareholding increase, Zhang Yaohua's latest number of shares held increased from 747,570,000 to 747,770,000 shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 42.84% to 42.95%.
