On June 27, Keck Seng Investments announced that Leung Shun Sang resigned from the board of directors of the company after the shareholders' annual meeting based on Article 104(A) of the bylaws and will not be re-elected. After Mr. Leung's resignation, he will not serve as a member of the board's audit committee, independent investigation committee, nomination committee, or remuneration committee.
After Mr. Leung no longer became a member of the Board of Directors, Liu Yifei, as an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and the Independent Investigation Committee respectively, which will take effect after the shareholders' annual meeting.
