On June 27th, Gelunhui reported that Sam Woo Cons (03822.HK) announced that Professor Wang Shiquan will retire from all public duties due to reaching retirement age, and has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director of the company, effective from July 1, 2024.
The board of directors will appoint Mr. Peng Dacai, the current independent non-executive director of the company, to replace Professor Wang as the chairman of the nomination committee, effective from July 1, 2024, when Professor Wang retires.
