Ra Silk Road (00274) announced that the company failed to release the annual performance of the fifteen months ended on March 31, 2024 (2024 annual performance) by June 30, 2024 in accordance with rules 13.49 (1) and 13.49 (2) of the Listing Rules.
Due to the lack of some information and documents (including bank and audit confirmation letters, valuation reports, and other financial information) of newly acquired subsidiaries, the announcement of 2024 annual performance will be postponed. Therefore, the company needs additional time to prepare the 2024 annual performance. The company is working closely with auditors to provide all necessary information and documents to complete the audit process as soon as possible. The annual performance of 2024 is expected to be finalized by the auditor as soon as practicable and after agreement on the 2024 annual performance, and be released before the end of July 2024 after the completion of the review process.
