China Qianjing Landscape Technology Co., Ltd. (603778.SH) announced that it received the Notice of Warning Letter Decision ([2024] No. 156) issued by the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on June 28, 2024.
It was found that Wu Jun, the actual controller and chairman of the company, was taken into custody on November 2, 2023. The Company became aware of the situation on November 4, 2023 but failed to disclose the matter until January 29, 2024. Relevant information disclosure was not timely. Such behavior violated the relevant provisions of Article 3, Article 4, and Article 22 of the Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure by Listed Companies (CSRC Order No. 182). Li Ping, the secretary of the Board of Directors, is mainly responsible.
