Zhixin Finance APP news, Pujiang Intl (02060) announced on June 25, 2024, that the company received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which included the following guidance on the resumption of trading for the company's shares:
(a) Conduct appropriate independent forensic investigations into unresolved audit issues raised by the company's auditors, evaluate their impact on the company's business operations and financial position, publish the investigative results, and take appropriate remedial measures;
(b) substantiate that any reasonable regulatory issues relating to the honesty, competence and/or character of any person with significant impact on or involvement in the management and operation of the group and/or the company will expose investors to risks and damage market confidence;
(c) conduct an independent internal control review to demonstrate that the company has adequate internal control systems and procedures to comply with the listing rules;
(d) publish all financial performance that has not been disclosed in accordance with the listing rules and process any audit revisions required by the listing rules;
(e) substantiate that the company has complied with the Listing Rules 13.24; and
(f) disclose all material information for shareholders and other investors to evaluate the status of the company.
