Jitong Finance App News, kwan on holdings (01559) released its full-year results for the year ended March 31, 2024, with revenue of HKD 654 million, up 4.85% year-on-year; shareholders' net loss of HKD 155 million, up 39.1% year-on-year; and basic loss per share of HKD 8.31 cents.
According to the announcement, the revenue of the building and property development related business segment was approximately HKD 582 million for the reporting year, an increase of HKD 52.9 million or 10.0% from the revenue of approximately HKD 530 million for the previous year. The increase was mainly due to the net amount of proceeds received from the one-time sale of a property under development in the Philippines, which amounted to HKD 109 million.
