On June 28th, Geelong announced that chinasinostar (00485.HK) is communicating actively with the applicant to reject the latest liquidation request. On June 28, 2024, the applicant has signed an agreement with a third party to transfer bonds B to the third party ("new holder") independently of the company and its affiliates. The company has reached a tentative agreement with the new holder to extend the maturity date of bonds B to September 30, 2024. As of the date of this announcement, the applicant is no longer the holder of bonds B and has agreed to withdraw the request.
