DHC2.L.01 AT DHCC PHASE 2 DUBAI UAE FOR MAG OF LIFEFZ - LLC CONTRACT AGREEMENT”, the contract amount is 2,822,088,860 UAE dirhams (equivalent to approximately RMB 5.583 billion at the current exchange rate).
The project is located on the banks of the Cloud Creek River in Dubai, about 5 km from the Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai, opposite the Yunxi Flamingo Nature Reserve. It is an emerging resort in Dubai. The project introduces the Leeds Carlton international brand, including 12 ultra-luxury villas, 5 luxury residential apartment buildings, 3 high-end serviced apartment buildings and surrounding related infrastructure construction, with a construction area of about 155,000 square meters.
