On June 28th, Gelonhui reported that Anhui Heli (600761.SH) intends to further strengthen the company's marketing channel construction, fully explore the Jing-Jin-Ji regional market. Based on the previous investigation and demonstration, the company decided to invest in Beijing North Heli forklift Co., Ltd. and Hebei Heli Forklift Co., Ltd. to carry out the marketing and after-sales service for the corresponding markets. The registered capital of Beijing Heli and Hebei Heli is both RMB 10 million, with the company contributing RMB 3.5 million in cash and holding a 35% stake. Other natural person shareholders contribute a total of RMB 6.5 million in cash, holding a 65% stake. At the same time, according to the agreement, the relevant natural person shareholders intend to entrust the voting rights corresponding to their shareholdings to the company. The company will actually hold 53% of the voting rights of Beijing Heli and Hebei Heli respectively, and hold a majority of the board of directors. After the establishment of the subsidiary companies, they will become the holding subsidiaries of the company and be added to the company's consolidated financial statements.
