Cornerstone Tec (08391) announced that on June 28, 2024, the board of directors decided to grant a total of approximately HKD 64.762 million in performance bonuses or an equivalent number of bonus shares to the awardees (calculated based on the price of HKD 0.55 per share, totalling 118 million bonus shares) and the distribution of new shares and bonus shares is subject to the approval of the shareowners and related conditions.
The company agreed to distribute and issue consultant shares as a part of the consultant service fee according to the service agreement, and the consultant shares will be issued and distributed based on the consultant special authorization approved by the shareholders.
