SINCEREWATCH HK (00444.HK) announced on June 28 that the group's income for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024 increased by 27.9% to HKD 126 million from HKD 98.212 million in fiscal year 2023, mainly due to the increase in watch distribution revenue.
The loss for the fiscal year 2024 decreased by 28.9% to HKD 195.6 million (fiscal year 2023: HKD 276 million), mainly due to the fair value change in investment properties and the decrease in impairment losses on properties, factory buildings, and equipment.
The loss per share for fiscal year 2024 was HKD 0.0326 (fiscal year 2023: HKD 0.0454).
