According to the information currently available to the CU Venture Inv (08159), due to the additional time required for the company and the auditors to collect information and complete the audit, the annual performance announcement (2023/2024 full-year performance) for the fifteen months ended on March 31, 2024 may be delayed.
The main missing information and/or audit procedures required by the auditors to complete the audit work for the 2023/2024 full-year performance include: (a) sending and receiving audit confirmations related to continuing and terminated operations to suppliers, customers and banks; (b) obtaining information on the sales and procurement procedures of the group's new businesses; (c) determining the valuation work of several valuers hired by the group's management; (d) evaluating the group's ability to continue operations. The Company will continue to work closely with the auditors to complete the remaining audit procedures and issue the 2023/2024 full-year performance announcement. As of the date of this announcement, the company has provided most of the documents and materials requested by the auditors.
