TOTO, DAIKEN, and YKK AP (TDY) will add nine new plans to their remodeling lifestyle proposal "Juunin Toie" starting July 1st, for a total of 42 plans. In addition, they will enhance the web content related to Juunin Toie on the "TDY Remodeling Information Site" and strengthen the transmission of their aspiration lifestyle proposal.
"Juunin Toie" proposes a lifestyle tailored to generations, family structure, hobbies, needs, and other factors according to the idea that "everyone has a different idea of the lifestyle they want to achieve, and with ten people there are ten ways they want to live."
As lifestyles become more diverse, TDY captured changes in customer values towards their "residence" and "living," and added nine remodeling plans themed around "living healthily" and "feeling nature" to Juunin Toie's plans. TDY will promote their proposals to live one's dream and realize aspiration lifestyles through its 42 remodeling plans. They will further enhance the attraction of Juunin Toie by improving the searchability of plans on the Juunin Toie site, introducing content that includes introducing the 'Juunin Toie Discover Living Tips Space' in all 4 TDY collaboration showrooms.

The Juunin Toie image plan proposes remodeling ideas by using the "Sketch Plan" to allow customers to feel close to the remodeling they desire, and the "CG Plan" to enable precise space visualization.

When searching for your desired remodeling plan, you can search from ten themes (e.g., "enjoy food", "feel nature") that are set for each individual plan on the Juunin Toie page. In addition to the previous search method "search from themes", they have added two new search methods: "search from spaces," where you can search for each space in the residence, such as the toilet, living room, and exterior, and "search from images," where you can browse all plans visually and select desired plans from the images.

When looking for your preferred remodel plan on the Jinnintokoya page, you can search from the 10 themes set for each plan (“Enjoying food”, “Feeling nature”, etc.). In addition to the “Search by Theme” option, we have added two more search methods - “Search by Space” and “Search by Image” - to improve the search convenience for our customers. With “Search by Space,” you can search specifically for each space in the residence, such as “Toilet,” “Living Room,” and “Exterior.” With “Search by Image,” you can view all plans at once as visual representations and search for plans from the images that interest you.

In the four TDY collaboration showrooms in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka, they have recreated some of the Juunin Toie plans for customers to experience through the "Juunin Toie Discover Living Tips Space."

They have added new content so that customers can confirm displays of concern in these areas through the contents. They can then check the actual space at the showroom after discovering the desirable model display, making it a great way to imagine the aspiration lifestyle they could achieve through remodeling.^※2
