On July 2nd, Gelonhui reported that Mr. Gao Zelin, one of the actual controllers of Jiahua Stock (603182.SH), increased a total of 30,000 shares of the company's A share publicly traded shares (hereinafter referred to as "company shares") through centralized bidding trading with own funds on June 28, 2024, accounting for 0.02% of the company's total equity. Mr. Gao Zelin plans to continue to increase the company's shares within 6 months from the date of first increase using his own funds through centralized bidding trading method. The total number of shares increased in the first and subsequent increases shall not be less than 50,000 shares and not more than 100,000 shares. This increase does not set a fixed price or price range. The purchaser will implement the increase plan gradually based on the fluctuation of the company's stock price.
