On July 2nd, GeLongHui reported that Inner Mongolia Yuan Xing Energy (000683.SZ) received a "Property Preservation Notice" from the Beijing Second Intermediate People's Court. China Coal Energy Co., Ltd. has taken preservation measures for some of the company's assets based on a civil court ruling. According to the property clues provided by China Coal Energy, the company's equity in Beijing Far Xing Qianyuan Investment Co., Ltd., with a 100% shareholding ratio and a capital contribution of RMB100 million, was frozen. According to the property clues provided by China Coal Energy, the company's equity in Wushenqi Mengda Mining Co., Ltd., with a shareholding ratio of 34% and a capital contribution of RMB290.36 million, was also frozen. This property preservation measure will not have a significant impact on the company's daily production and operation.
