On July 2nd, Gelonhui reported that Lifan Technology (601777.SH) received a notification from shareholder Jianghe Hui, who holds more than 5% of the shares, that Geely Technology Group, the controlling shareholder of Jianghe Hui, signed an equity transfer agreement with Jianghe Shunsui on July 1, 2024. Geely Technology Group intends to transfer all of its holdings of Jianghe Hui's equity to Jianghe Shunsui, with a total transfer price of 2.43 billion yuan. Jianghe Hui directly holds 900,000,000 shares of the company, accounting for 19.91% of the total share capital.
After this equity transfer, Jianghe Shunsui will hold 100% equity of Jianghe Hui, indirectly holding 900,000,000 shares of the company, accounting for 19.91% of the total share capital; Geely Technology Group will no longer indirectly hold shares of the company through Jianghe Hui. This change in equity will not result in changes to the controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company, nor will it cause changes in the company's control rights. There is no situation that harms the interests of the company or other shareholders.
