China Kepei (01890) announced that starting from July 2, 2024, Mr. Ye Nianqiao will no longer serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, but will remain as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Company Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as other positions in the Group. The resignation mentioned above will allow Mr. Ye to focus more on continuous leadership of the Board and participate in the development, implementation and review of the Group's strategies and business plans, as well as corporate governance policies and procedures.

Effective from July 2, 2024: Ms. Li Yan has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the overall operation and management of the Company. Due to management optimization and reassignment of responsibilities, Ms. Li will no longer serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, but will remain as Executive Director and hold other positions in the Group. Mr. Zheng Chaoran, currently serving as Joint Company Secretary of the Company, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the supervision of the Company's finance and investment management, effective from July 2, 2024.
