On July 2, Gelonhui reported that Taiji Computer Corporation (002368.SZ) announced that the company recently received a letter of notification regarding the shareholding reduction plan from the company's chairman, Mr. Lu Yi. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Mr. Lu Yi held 1,129,768 shares of the company's stock, accounting for 0.18% of the total share capital of the company. Within three months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date of the announcement, Mr. Lu Yi plans to reduce his holdings of the company's stock by no more than 282,442 shares, accounting for no more than 0.05% of the total share capital through competitive bidding or bulk trading method.
