Gelonghui, July 2, 丨 Zaiding Pharmaceutical (09688.HK) announced that on July 1, 2024, (i) the company granted a share purchase right to subscribe for a total of 600 American Depositary Shares in accordance with the 2024 Equity Incentive Plan and restricted share units involving a total of 900 American Depositary Shares; and (ii) the Company granted restricted share units involving a total of 72,000 American Depositary Shares to a total of 72,000 American Depositary Shares in accordance with the 2024 Equity Incentive Plan.
The purpose of granting share options and restricted share units is to recognize and reward the grantor's contribution to the Group and provide additional incentives to maintain and further promote the success of the Group's business.
