Synthesis Electronic Technology (300479.SZ) announced on July 2 that, based on the company's global strategy and in conjunction with actual situations and future development plans, the company plans to focus on developing its main business and better achieve its strategic goals and high-quality development targets. Therefore, the company intends to transfer 20% equity of its subsidiary, Synyi Image Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Synyi Image" or "the Target Company"), as part of an equity transfer. The fifth board of directors of the company approved this transaction at its fourth meeting in 2024, and shareholder approval is not needed. According to relevant regulations, this equity transfer will be publicly listed for the Shandong property rights trading center to solicit interested parties and determine the final purchaser and transaction price through bidding. After the transfer is completed, the company will withdraw from the subsidiary.
