According to Zhitong Finance App News, Hongyang Real Estate (01996) announced that Tsang Chun-kai and Lei Weibin have respectively resigned as executive directors, company vice president and board remuneration committee members; as well as executive directors, company vice presidents, chief financial officers, and board nomination committee members, effective July 2, 2024.
Chen Bin, the current executive president of the company, has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee with effect from July 2, 2024.
Hu Chunhuang has been appointed as the company's chief financial officer, effective July 2, 2024.
