Hiroshima General Security Service has automated operations using “ezAvater” as part of internal DX initiatives. It is said that a sales agency agreement was concluded for the purpose of developing “ezAvater” as a product that adds value to the security system, which is the main product of Hiroshima General Security Assurance.
By adding “ezAvater,” which “anyone” can “easily” create automation scenarios, to the lineup, it is said that it will help solve issues faced by regional companies that have not been able to work on business improvement through IT until now.
“ezAvater” is a domestically produced RPA tool developed by Terilogy, which is a consolidated subsidiary of the company, and it is an RPA tool from the user's perspective that can automate routine computer operations performed by humans until now with robots, and solves issues faced by RPA users.
