Nikkin Money ＜6418＞ has dropped significantly and has the largest decline rate. The Bank of Japan has begun issuing new banknotes from today. The refresh of the design of the "reprinting" banknotes is said to be the first time in 20 years since 2004. As the same company that handles the banknote recognition machines, it is expected to have a temporary material depletion feeling as the new banknotes are expected to create special demand. It is reported that more than 90% of ATMs at financial institutions and 80-90% of cash registers at supermarkets and convenience stores are now compatible with the new banknotes as of the end of June.
