Sustainable Management
Flairys (7062) manages its business with consideration for sustainability. Two examples are as follows:
1) Women's Empowerment
We are promoting the creation of a workplace environment where women can play an active role and have systems in place such as systematizing part-time work after maternity and child care leave. The proportion of women in management positions is 22.1% (section chief or higher).
2) Utilization of People with Visual Impairments
We promote self-reliance support for acupuncturists and massage therapists offering them supporting roles on the front line. We also provide electronic equipment and auxiliary instruments with voice reading function. The ratio of employment of people with disabilities is 21.4%, significantly higher than the mandatory employment rate of 2.3% for private companies.
