On July 3rd, Gelonhui reported that Shenzhen Cheng Chung Design (002811.SZ) stated during an investor relations activity that the company's design and soft furnishing business has developed well with sufficient orders on hand. In Q1 of 2024, the newly signed order amount for design business was 250 million yuan and 64 million yuan for soft furnishing business. The total amount of newly signed orders for design and soft furnishing business was 314 million yuan, an increase of 20.90% year-on-year. As of the end of Q1 2024, the inventory order amount for design business was 2.724 billion yuan, 303 million yuan for soft furnishing business, and the total amount of inventory order amount for design and soft furnishing business was 3.027 billion yuan.
