On June 28, 2024, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice of full circulation of shares and confirmed relevant information on its website. The record application for conversion and listing has been completed. According to the notice, if the company fails to complete the share conversion within 12 months from the date of issuance of the notice, it will continue to promote it and submit updated filing materials to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
