As of June 30, 2024, the group, together with its joint ventures and affiliated companies, as well as Agile's real estate projects, had a total pre-sale amount of RMB 8.99 billion and a corresponding construction area of 647,000 square meters; with an average price of RMB 13,905 per square meter.
