On July 3, Geelong News reported that Dari Electronics (300976.SZ) announced that the general manager of the company's business unit, Song Keqiang, the deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors, Zhang Zhenhong, the deputy general manager, Peng Chengxiao, and the deputy general manager, Wu Xuan, who hold a total of 305,000 shares of the company's stock (0.3230% of the current total share capital of the company, calculated based on the number of shares after excluding the shares in the repurchase special securities account), plan to reduce their shareholding by centralized bidding within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, with a total reduction of no more than 76,250 shares (0.0807% of the current total share capital of the company).
